What We Do

We operate as McKenzie Friends, providing non-legal support and guidance to individuals involved in family court cases.

We do not litigate, and we are not solicitors, nor do we purport to be. Our role is strictly supportive. We work alongside you, helping you prepare, stay organised, and feel confident in court – but we do not speak on your behalf unless the court grants permission.

Our Services

We provide:

• Court Preparation Support – including help with organising case files, understanding procedures, and identifying key issues.
• Attendance at Hearings – to offer quiet assistance, take notes, and provide moral support.
• Disclosure Assistance – helping manage and present documents and evidence in a clear and efficient manner, saving time and reducing costs.
• Mediation Support – guidance through the mediation process, and if unsuccessful, continued assistance through court preparations.
• General Guidance – helping you stay focused, informed, and on track with your overall case strategy.

Our Position on Legal Advice

We strongly advise all clients to seek independent legal advice from a qualified solicitor or legal professional. While we assist with the practical aspects of your case, legal strategy and formal representation should always be obtained from regulated professionals.
